Burton City Cider

Burton City Cider is a farm-based cidery in the West Kootenays, crafted in Burton, BC by cidermakers Barbara and Alan Ross, who opened the operation in 2016. The focus is squarely on all-natural, handcrafted cider made from apples grown in their own orchard. Because every year's crop is different, the lineup evolves with the harvest, and the makers are always experimenting with new flavour blends, so a visit often brings something you have not tried before. Cider is available in 500ml bottles, growlers, and kegs.
