Lass Chance Beverage Co. is a family-owned farm operation near Keremeos with a clever, feel-good premise: upcycling imperfect, misfit orchard fruit into all-natural craft ciders and fruit sodas. The Lasser family has been farming in BC since 1988, and they built Lass Chance to give bold flavour and new life to fruit that might otherwise go to waste, making everything in small batches with no added sugar, no preservatives and no shortcuts.

The centrepiece for visitors is the Cider House, a modern tasting space set against roughly 200 acres of sustainable orchard on the edge of the Similkameen Valley.
