Damali pairs a lavender farm with a small winery in the Cowichan Valley. Under its new name the estate is experiencing a renaissance, with a full-scale renovation of the winery, tasting room and gardens, and a renewed focus on cool-climate varietals grown with regenerative farming practices, guided by winemaker Dylan Sheldon's diverse winemaking background.
