Baccata Ridge Winery

Baccata Ridge Winery is a small family winery in the North Okanagan-Shuswap countryside, located on Monk Road in the farming community of Grindrod near Enderby, between the Shuswap River and the dramatic Enderby Cliffs, about twenty minutes north of Vernon. It is a distinctive stop on any Shuswap-area itinerary because of what it pours: alongside premium cool-climate grape wines grown on mineral-rich, southwest-facing slopes, the winery produces blueberry wines and honey wines, a combination few BC producers attempt. The Robertson family acquired the winery and vineyards in 2016 and farm a 45-acre property that includes around eleven acres of Draper blueberries, while beehives placed on spray-free fields around the BC Interior supply honey for the meads.

Visitors will find a relaxed, rural tasting experience far removed from the busy benches of the southern Okanagan. The tasting room is open seven days a week from 11 am to 5 pm, and guests can sample across the grape, fruit and honey wine range, then enjoy a glass on the patio with views over the surrounding farmland and hills.
